For account deletion we have 2 types:
- I have an oodi account only
For this request, please contact our support through hello@oodi.iq to ask for a deleted account.
- I have an oodi account and an active number
For this, please contact us also through hello@oodi.iq and prepare the following information
- Account email
- Account Number
- Full name
- ID number
Our support team will validate the information and resolve your request within a few hours.
Disclaimer:
- Your account can't be reactivated once the deletion is completed.
- Once the account is deleted the number associated with the account will be deactivated permanently
- Any Active plan balance will be removed along with the number and the account
