How does delivery work?

You can initiate a delivery for your SIM card straight from your app. Just select where you want our agent to come, select one from the available time slots which work for you, and when the delivery time gets closer, track your delivery also from the app. If you want to change the delivery time or address, you can do so easily from the app before the delivery agent begins the journey to you. If you miss your appointment, don’t worry, you can schedule again. However, if we can’t reach you in 2 attempts we will have to cancel your order.
