If you own a Zain line, of course you can. Just select that option during the onboarding flow on the app or website. Please keep in mind that we will have to validate your ownership of the number and collect some documentation to be able to complete the transfer.
So make sure that the registered owner of the line is present when our delivery person arrives or when you go to a shop to be able to present the required documents, which are either a national ID and a residence card or passport and residency visa.
Once your SIM card is activated, your number will be automatically transferred to oodi. You can enjoy your oodi line with your number, as soon as activation is done.
